Service overview

MITS delivers live instruction, projects, mentorship, and verified assessments. Access is granted across our learning platform, community spaces, and hiring ecosystem for the duration of the program you enroll in.

User obligations

• Provide accurate contact and identity information during enrollment.
• Respect community guidelines, mentors, and peers across sessions.
• Complete assessments honestly and avoid misconduct.

Payment & EMI

Fees vary per program and are shared during onboarding. EMI options may be available depending on the program and eligibility. Final EMI schedules are shared upon acceptance, and you remain responsible for the full amount even if you pause or exit early.

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. Any taxes or processing fees are disclosed before you confirm enrollment.

Access & intellectual property

Course content, recordings, and assessments are the intellectual property of MITSU Institute of Technology and Science. You may not redistribute materials outside your enrolled cohort. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access the learning portal for the program duration.

Liability & disputes

We strive for accuracy, but we cannot guarantee placement or earnings. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the core program. Disputes are resolved through Singapore law, and both parties commit to mediation before pursuing litigation.
